Return and refund guidelines

At Vulk, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. All fees paid to Vulk are non-cancelable and non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Understanding our refund policy

Vulk is a digital software platform that provides immediate access to AI-powered app generation, backend infrastructure, and deployment services. Once credits are purchased and services are activated, they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Subscription fees cover access to the platform during the billing period, regardless of actual usage.

What is not eligible for refunds

The following situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:

• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality or generated code results.
• Missed cancellation deadlines or auto-renewal charges.
• Unused AI generation credits (credits expire monthly without rollover).
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations.
• Changes in personal circumstances or business needs.
• Subscription downgrades after extensive platform usage.

Subscription cancellation and support

While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription

   Cancel subscription anytime (no refund).

   You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds. You retain access until the current billing period ends. To avoid auto-renewal, cancel at least 30 days before expiration.

   Limited exceptions may apply.

   Refunds are discretionary and only considered for: legally mandated cooling-off periods, duplicate charges from technical errors, or sustained platform outages affecting service access. Contact [email protected] with documentation.

   Always contact support before disputes.

   You MUST contact our support team before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent payment disputes result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all data. We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors.

Important: AI generation credits are non-refundable once allocated. Unused credits expire monthly without rollover or transfer options. Cancelling your subscription does not refund the current billing period.

Data retrieval and account termination

Upon termination of your subscription or account closure:

• You have 15 days to request a data export of your projects and files.
• After 15 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Fraudulent payment disputes result in immediate account suspension and data forfeiture.

Governing law and jurisdiction
